NB: There is some kind of connection between the blue question marks, but these are unknown.

I don't mean to be critical but I think the way you connected the Kenway family to Desmond is incorrect. If I'm not mistaken they're actually from his father's side. In AC3 When Desmond & his dad had that argument cutscene Desmond was like "Hey he's your ancestor too; why don't you hop in the animus?"

oh and I just found out that my last comment is correct because in AC3 Desmond does confirm that they Assassins are on his dads side not his mothers due to him saying "Hey he's your ancsestor too

It's true that the Kenways are ancestors of William Miles (Desmon's father), but Altair and Ezio could actually be ancestors of Desmond's mom.

Wow this is amazing o.O and I thought I was the biggest AC fan out there but this is amazing. The only thing I can probably think of (And i might be wrong) is the Assassins are likely to link to Desmond's fathers side since he is an assassin

Great job this tree is almost perfect but the Kenways are William Miles' ancestors and Ezio and Co. is from Desmonds moms side
